I feels like YEARS since we’ve heard anything solo material from John Newman. His debut album was released back in 2013, since then we’ve heard bits and bobs including his latest hook up with Calvin Harris, but this is what we’ve been waiting on. Come And Get It is Newman all over, powerful hooks with that classic soul sound.
Ooooooof are you ready for new Calvin and amazing quiff John Newman? Yeah thought so. Blame is a subtle but at the same time big dance tune, expect some big room mix of this which would go off in a club.
John’s tone and Calvin’s production just work a dream.Â
What a year John Newman’s had! After winning us all over with his features on Rudimentals Not Giving In and Feel The Love, we finally got to hear some solo material – Love Me Again followed by the massive Cheating, both taken from Johns debut album Tribute.
The third single from the album is this, my favourite record in the world right now Losing Sleep.
Wookie is on fire at the moment, after wowing me with his tune The Hype, he’s jumped on the remix of John Newmans new record entitled Cheating. Liking this A LOT!
This song has the internet going a little cray today and for a good reason! John Newman is a name you’ll know without even knowing it, he did the vocals for the massive Rudimental smash Feel The Love and Not Giving In, he’s also an amazing solo artist in his own right.
Love Me Again is the perfect track to launch John as a solo artist, I’m excited to hear more.
John Newman is the man behind the big Rudimental hook’s for Feel The Love and Not Giving In, which he’s recorded this brilliant acoustic cover of. Real talent!
BOOM, BOOM, BANG and a bit of WHAHAAAHAHAHSAHA those are the basic sounds which feature on this sick Ed Rush remix of Rudimental’s new record Not Giving In. This is one for the bass heads, get the sub’s at the ready…
I was meant to post this about 3 weeks ago but I just found it in the ‘drafts’ section of my site AKA I forgot to post it!
Following on from the summer smash Feel The Love Rudimental return with their second single. Featuring John Newman (who featured on the first single) and Too Close singer Alex Clare, Not Giving In is set to be another huge hit for Rudimental.
