Rising star Cynikal has very kindly given away another track for us to download and embrace. This time he jumps on a Rick Ross instrumental and give’s it a Cynikal refix.
I know, two Yasmin posts in one day but this is a pretty good live performance of one of her tracks 5 Minutes, great hook.

Meet Nina Nesbitt, 17 years old from Glasgow, still at school and just jamming at the weekends with a guitar? Not quite. Last year opened up three shows for Example, opened up for Ed Sheeran and she features in Ed’s latest video for his new single Drunk not only that but she is also a pro model as well (actually stunning).
As with many other up and coming talents Nina has recorded various covers on her YouTube channel but also has her Live Take EP out now, off which this song is from, Skeletons.

By mixing folk and indie in a modern way with Ellie Goulding influences scattered through her songs my ears are loving Nina’s sound.

The video I posted up on here last week wasn’t the official video for Drunk this one however is. Featuring a ginger sensation and cats, this is Drunk.
A new offering from the UK’s Estelle. It must have been really hard as an artist to try and come off the back of a huge track like American Boy, I feel like she has struggled to get any other music out there that can be appreciated (just the feeling I get when I’ve heard her latest material) this track however, written by Akon, feels right. Pouring with soul and a relaxed warm feel, I really like the sound of this record.
Her new album, All Of Me is released in the UK on March 13th.

My favourite record in the world right now (be it one day late) comes from a UK producer who I am loving at the moment. Last year he had a club smash featuring Ms Dynamite called What U Talkin About and in 2012 he returns with this AMAZING record Get Out My Head – the producer in question is called Redlight.

Call of the search, I think we’ve found the next big thing to come out of the UK. Conor Maynard is one hell of a talent. Apparently I’m very late finding out about this super talent but better late than never!
He has been hailed by MTV as one of the hottest new stars for 2012 and has a gazillion YouTube hits and crazy fan girls. His voice is un real, check out his videos on YouTube – You can add me to the fanbase.

New up and coming UK talent Kaleem Taylor recently performed a new spin on Frank Ocean’s Thinking About You for BBC Radio 1Xtra’s Live Lounge where all month they are showcasing new artists.
I’ve seen Kaleem perform 2 feet away from me at the One Mic event I hosted last month and his stage engery is great, he is a great talent who I’m very excited about hearing more from.
His debut single Blow Out is on Podcast 114 so download to hear!
Drunk is the next single taken off Ed’s platinum album +, 900,000 copies sold in 6 months isn’t bad is it?!
This video is simple but effective, it’s basically a montage of bits and pieces like studio sessions, gigs, backstage walking around moments and all that plus a few special features including Harry Styles from One Direction, Wretch, Example and Devlin.

Alex, Karis and Courtney aka Stooshe are back with their second single this time featuring Travie McCoy -not bat all bad for the girls second release hey?
Following up from Betty Woz Gone which had a slightly slient release late last year this record is release March 5th.
The video is so cool and was shot in LA, snaz, I think the girls have got the right idea already. I’m excited to hear more from these three, I think I’m going to like it a lot.
